Registration

Q I have multiple abstracts accepted. Should I need to register for each one?
A Each presenter can only register once, regardless of the number of presentations. Please enter all presentation numbers in the “Submission number” field on the form when registering.

Q How to be issued a participation (presentation) certificate?
A Please access the form below, enter the required information, and submit. We will issue the certificate after the conference and send to you by email.

Q Can I pay via an invoice or bank transfer?
A Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any alternative payment methods. All payments must be made by credit card. 

Q I got an error when I made the payment.
A Only credit cards with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, or Diners Club are acceptable for paying the registration fee.
If your credit card company has implemented 3D Secure, an error occurs when you make a payment with a card that does not support 3D Secure. This issue is not caused by the registration system, but by the credit card you used. Please try paying with a different credit card, or contact your credit card company.

Presentation

Q Is it possible for virtual participants to give presentations?
A Both oral and poster presentations must be presented at the venue. Virtual participants are given view-only access and cannot give presentations online.

Q Is it possible for a co-author to make a presentation?
A Yes, but presenter(co-author) must register for on-site participation, furthermore, registration is non-transferable.

Welcome Reception

Q Will food and drink be provided during the conference?
A There is no lunch provided, however reception will be held on 28th October (fee is included in the registration) Please refrain from bringing food into the venue. You can get lunch at the cafeteria or convenience store on The University of Tokyo campus.
