Registration fee Includes 10% consumption tax.
* Early Career Researcher (ECR) : The definition of ECR is a researcher who is within 7 years of the latest degree, not necessarily a Ph.D.
** Low and lower-middle income countries : These countries are defined by the World Bank.
On-site participation
Fee includes admittance to all sessions, welcome reception on the 1st day night and daily coffee services.
Virtual participation
Participation will be via webinar (view-only attendees).
Registration Fee Payment Policy
- The registration fee can only be paid with a credit card through the registration form and must be made in Japanese yen.
- Registration cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- The specified cancellation charge will be deducted from any cancellations made by 30 September 2024(JST Time).
- Cancellation requests made after 1 October 2024 (JST Time) will not be refunded.
