Access to the venue

From Narita Airport
It is most convenient to take a Keisei Skyliner train from Narita airport. The destination would be the Keisei-Ueno(KS01) station. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport to this station. More information about the Keisei line is available on the Keisei line Website. Another option is to take Narita express in JR line from the airport which takes you to Tokyo station in about 55 minutes. Then take the JR Yamanote line to go to Okachimachi(JY04) station. From Haneda Airport
There is a Tokyo-Monorail Airport Rapid train that takes 17 minutes to get to Hamamatsucho (JY28) station from the airport. Then take the JR Yamanote line to go to Okachimachi(JY04) station,From Keisei-Ueno or Okachimachi(JY04) stations to the Venue and Hotels, Oedo subway line from Ueno-Okachimachi(E09) station would be convenient.

VISA Information

If you are a participant from abroad who needs information about the entry into JAPAN and VISA Application Procedures, please check the following website by yourself.

Procedures

  1. Please fill out all the necessary information in this application form and submit it. Documents Request Form for VISA Application (ICR6)
  2. The documents required for the VISA application will be sent by email from secretariat within about 5 business days after the application is completed. (If all the necessary information for the application is completely answered)
  3. Please bring all the necessary documents that we will provide with you to the nearest Japanese Embassy and apply in person.

The deadline for applications is Monday, September 30th, as it takes time to prepare the necessary documents for the VISA application and to complete the VISA application.
